Empowering Leaders through Self-Discovery & Vitality

How Am I Doing as a Person?

You are not just a leader, you are also a parent, a friend or a partner etc. Sometimes private topics cast a shadow over everything else. If you are facing an identity crisis, grief, sorrows or major life transitions that affect your work ability. I am equipped to listen and create a space for you in order to unwind and to find new direction and energy. Exemplary crisis:

  • Processing a health or mental health diagnosis
  • Dealing with sickness or death of a loved one
  • Integration of certain identity aspects into life & work (e.g. secret bisexuality, working class background)
  • Partnership conflicts or challenging dynamics at work

How am I Doing as a Leader?

Leadership requires a constant evaluation and adjustment of your own role, principles & scope. Sometimes, it can be valuable to gain an outside perspective on questions such as...

  • Does your role fit to your strengths and to your life?
  • How can you be a compassionate leader while having a depression or being neurodivergent?
  • Do you feel well accepted and included in the management team or do you feel, you need to mask?
  • Considering sharing personal information with your team such as your sexual orientation, a challenge at home or your ADHD diagnosis?

How is My Team Doing?

As a leader it's tough to find the right balance in challenging situations: where does my role start and end? What's the biggest lever for change in group dynamics? How to foster psychological safety in my team? Those questions are a little bit less tough, when you have someone to sort your thoughts with. Let's meet if e.g. ...

  • A team member is sick quite often or for quite a long time and you feel unsure how to behave and how to support the rest
  • Your team has developed challenging dynamics like harassment, intergenerational conflicts or a normative view on performance
  • One of your directs has a mental health challenge / personal crisis and you would like to know how to support and where to set boundaries
  • You have a diverse team and would like to enhance team cohesion where everyone can value their differences but still find common ground for ways of working
  • Mental Health Navigation

You are visiting your doctor regularly for physical check-ups like blood tests, but have you ever had a mental health check-up? As a psychotherapist with management experience, I invite you to analyze your status quo related to vitality & resilience and to develop a future compass.

  • Inclusive Leadership Development

You would like to reflect on your own biases and privileges or you would like to encourage your team to do so? I am your person. Also, I am happy to support in cases where you perceive direct reports as extremely different from yourself making it much harder to lead intuitively.

  • Embracing Neurodiversity

If you are a neurodivergent leader or have neurodivergent direct reports (ADHD, autism, giftedness, dyslexia etc.) and would like to understand more, let's meet. I am specialized in neurodiversity and consider myself part of the community. Besides 1:1 Coachings, I offer regular Business Coaching Groups for adults with ADHD.

3 personal infos you would not find in my CV

  • A Boy Named Kio

Meet Kio, my loyal sidekick and occasional co-coach! This four-legged friend reminds leaders to take a breath, enjoy the moment, and find joy in simple things. With Kio around, every session has a little extra warmth (and sometimes a wagging tail!).

  • Go, Bulli, Go!

Sometimes my office is on wheels. My VW Bus takes me from quiet beaches to vibrant festivals, making me uniquely grounded yet adventurous. If a leader is up for it, a coaching session by the sea can easily be realized.

  • Come as you are.

I am a proud “Grunge Girl” at heart, keeping it real and down-to-earth. Inspired by the resilience and rawness of alternative rock, I embrace authenticity and encourage my coachees to do the same. In my world, showing up "as you are" isn’t just accepted - it’s celebrated.

I Am Fueled by Freedom and Curious to Learn What Freedom Means to You.
